What is the return policy?

Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at humbl3heartz@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if your return is accepted.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
